Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of reelsviews.ae ("we", "us", "ReelsViews") and the purchase of Instagram Reels views through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

We provide promotion services that deliver premium high-quality views to a public Instagram Reel that you specify. We do not sell, transfer or guarantee followers, engagement rates or any specific business outcome. Views are one signal among many, and results depend on your content and audience.

2. Placing an order

To order, you select a package in our order form and provide the public URL of the Reel you want to promote. You are responsible for entering the correct link. We never ask for your Instagram password or login credentials, and you must never share them with us.

• Your Instagram account and the target Reel must be public for the duration of delivery.
• Orders cannot be edited once delivery has begun.
• You confirm you have the right to promote the content you submit.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed and charged in UAE dirhams (AED). Payment is processed securely through our order widget and its third-party payment providers. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received.

4. Delivery

Delivery begins shortly after your order is confirmed and is released gradually. Delivery windows scale with order size. While we work to complete every order promptly, delivery times are estimates and may vary with platform conditions.

5. Refills and refunds

Your order is covered by a free refill for 14 days from completion. If the delivered view count drops within that window, we top it back up at no cost. If we are unable to deliver an order — for example because the Reel is deleted or the account is set to private — you may be eligible for a refund of the undelivered portion. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit content that is illegal, infringing, or in breach of Instagram's terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by Instagram against any account.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
